Things you need to take to the gym

Drive, comfortable clothes, great nutrition and consistency. If you have the drive to lose weight or gain muscle then you will succeed. You may have set back a long you ride to health but with good drive to succeed you will. How do you get drive if you made a decision to change your lifestyle that’s drive, how do you keep it going keep the benefits that you are gaining like feeling better, more stamina for you and your family and better brain function.
Comfortable clothes is essential to a good workout because you want to be flexible and have full movement. You probably don’t want to feel confidment like you are adding more weight from trying to move from your clothes. My store sells great flexible clothes to exercise in.
Great nutrition to me is probably the most important. Eating wholesome food is so important for your muscles, mind and body, fat control, vitamins and minerals. With good nutrition it’s like fine tuning yourself for optimal performance. As for me I have some fruit after a workout some people have protein drinks or some other post workout snacks.
Consistency is important because the more you keep going it becomes a habit which is a good thing. Out of habit forming exercise and nutrition is one of the best you can have. Things not to bring to the gym cell phones or anything that can distract you from your exercise, plus some people get mad if you wasting time on something they are wanting to use. Remember a bad workout is better than no workout.

Berry nice

Berries are great they have magnesium, probiotics, vitamin c and k and fiber. Blueberries contain antioxidants which protects cells from damage. There are so many different types of berries with different benefits mixing them is the best way to get the best nutrition from them, my favorites are blueberries, blackberries, strawberry and cranberry which I try to mix them up. Grapes, cucumbers, tomatoes, oranges, watermelons, pumpkins, and even bananas can be also classed as berries. They are carb friendly with natural sugars, in today’s world of low carb or low fat diets which I never worry about as long as you eat a good diet. I go with more carbs and low fat diets I bodybuild and run so higher carbs work for me. As I said if you eat good wholesome foods worrying about to much fat or carbs are something you really don’t have to worry about. Of course the down side to fruit is moderation because it can cause weight gain. But some fruit can help in weight loss so research what fruits suit your goals.

Health and fitness

Along though life I’ve been healthy, unhealthy, fat, skinny, muscular, depressed, fit and had goals of health. I’ve trained fitness, studied dietitian, athlete and health. I see a lot of things posted on the Internet about fitness and health I don’t agree with it like they are rewriting things and changing a few words some are outdated. Balanced diet I don’t follow because every body is different, there is too much fruit and fat involved along with carbs. I’m vegan so I don’t eat meat, dairy, fish and other animal products so the balanced diet doesn’t work for me . A variety of food is good, proportion is the key especially sugar, salt and fats. Healthy starts with a great diet it is essential for good health, mix diet with exercise for even better effects. I do not tell anyone that vegan, or animal products are better, but I was a long time animal eater and switched to vegan and I can tell a very big difference. If you do eat animal products mix more vegetables in your diet. Some people have medical problems that diet and exercise will not cure but may help. People on medication may have trouble with certain foods because of their medications. Take it slow and learn your body.
