I read an article about Richard Simmons passing away and I saw a comment about what was the point of read an article the other day, it was about the death of Richard Simmonsbeing healthy he didn’t live long. Just because you exercise doesn’t make you healthy unless you have good nutrition and there are different diets some are more healthy than others. Most everything I write about, I also live or have lived. Being healthy doesn’t mean you will live longer the way I’ve experienced it you probably will be happier. Less pain, doctor visits for most people and less prescribed drugs. So you feel better and spend less money that makes most people happy.
Being healthy has nothing to do with size I have known people skinny and overweight and muscular people that are healthy and the same not healthy. Health to me has to do with what you put in your body and your body’s ability to use it effectively. Some people can’t eat certain foods and some people won’t eat certain foods. Micro nutrients are very important but you really need to do research before you start trying to adjust them and get lab tests to verify a problem. Your health is in your hands and there is no 100% guarantee of the results but putting in the effort gives you a better chance of a happy life.
(Consult your doctor before you start exercising or changing your diet.)
