I have been ask this before because some people think vegetables are expensive. It’s cheaper to me and I have been a meat eater, vegetarian and vegan. One reason is you don’t have to buy veggies every day if you’re vegan they do last and meal planning is easy. Everything a meat eater buys is expensive nowadays. I will say that some vegan products that are processed are pricey but if you or your family like them you can always find discounts on them. One plus to eating vegetables is even in an apartment you can grow some year round. Cooking your vegetables are easy and very cheap beans do not cost much , you can steam some quickly. Meal planning is key to not having to cook every day the most important thing in meal planning is to decide what nutrition you need for the week but I will discuss this at another time. To me vegan is very inexpensive way to get your nutrition with benefits.
