Sliced bread I guess I don’t think there is an important invention. Why I say that is because everything that is invented that is good also has bad. Sounds bad but I like the invention of my life time but I don’t see any of them as being important. I like my cell phone but I live without it again, I like my car but am told  pollution is bad and electric is no better maybe worse and it’s a bad investment.

The microchip probably was because you wouldn’t have computers or smart phones without it. I can see the good my smart phone and the bad like AI and robots no good can come of them. I grew up without it and I lived just fine, if it never was invented I’m sure the world would be just fine without it.
