Do you spend more time thinking about the future or the past? Why?

Why would I spend time thinking about either, the past has happened and the future hasn’t happened. I take the present as it comes and the future hasn’t happened, so I prepare for the future but I do waste time thinking about it I live for the now.

Past because I know what happened then, the future is speculation. I don’t learn much from my past mostly because I don’t have any better answers then verses the answer now. But I mostly think about the good things that have happened to me. I write my future every day which becomes tomorrows past.
